Testing the installed filter system
Filter integrity testing checks for leakage through the installed filter and its seals using an agreed aerosol challenge and measurement method. It is different from checking airflow or reading a filter pressure gauge. The method, access arrangements and acceptance criteria are agreed for your equipment before the visit.
Tell us whether you need testing following installation, a filter change, maintenance or as part of your periodic testing programme. The quotation will identify the filters and housings covered, any associated airflow checks and the required records. “DOP testing” is a familiar industry term; the actual test aerosol and method will be confirmed for the application.
Filter management and replacement planning
We can help organise filter asset records, review previous test findings and plan future inspection, replacement and retesting work. Share the filter sizes, grades, equipment references and operating conditions so that replacement requirements can be assessed. Supply, fitting and post-change testing can be scoped together.
Where filters may be contaminated, tell us about the substances handled and the available isolation and safe-change arrangements. Decontamination, waste handling and specialist access requirements must be agreed as part of the work rather than assumed to be included.
Clear records and practical next steps
The agreed report records the equipment tested, method and conditions, results, limitations and any recommended follow-up. An integrity test assesses the filter installation within its stated scope; it does not by itself validate an entire cleanroom or certify every activity carried out there.
