Fume cupboard testing and commissioning — performance checks for existing cupboards and an agreed commissioning programme for new or changed installations.

Microbiological safety cabinet testing — assessment matched to cabinet class, installation and use, including agreed airflow, filtration and containment checks.

KI-Discus operator-protection testing — a specific operator-protection test for suitable open-fronted safety cabinets.

Laminar-flow cabinet testing — airflow and filtration checks for product-protection equipment and clean work areas.

Pharmaceutical isolator testing — an equipment-specific programme with agreed filtration, airflow and integrity checks.

Downflow and powder-control booth testing — performance checks scoped to the booth, working zone and material-handling process.

HEPA filter testing and management — installed filter integrity testing, often called DOP testing, together with replacement planning and filter records.

PCR cabinet and workstation testing

Premier LEV arranges PCR cabinet and workstation testing through specialist engineers. Send the make, model and intended use, including whether the unit provides filtered airflow or is a still-air enclosure. The testing scope is matched to the actual design and manufacturer requirements.

For suitable filtered units, agreed checks may include airflow performance and installed HEPA filter integrity. Any additional features or checks must be specified in the quotation. Room validation and healthcare ventilation

Cleanroom and containment validation covers room testing and classification, microbiological environmental monitoring, biocontainment validation and agreed IQ/OQ protocol execution.

Healthcare ventilation verification covers specialist healthcare systems, HTM 03-01 testing, UCV theatre servicing and entrainment testing.
